In the face of burnout, compassion fatigue, and global uncertainty, we provide restorative retreats in nature—blending yoga therapy, somatic practices, nervous system education, and community care.
Through deep rest, mindful movement, hiking, ritual, and connection, we create spaces where those who hold others can replenish themselves, build resilience, and return to their work with renewed clarity and strength.
Luna C-IAYT (she/they)
Luna is a trauma-informed, yoga therapist, mental health worker, and community builder devoted to the healing and liberation of marginalized communities. She bridges neuroscience, yoga therapy, somatic movement, rest practices, decolonization, and deep self-inquiry to support individuals and collectives in reconnecting with their inherent wholeness.
Alongside her private yoga therapy practice, Luna is a collaborator with The Pink Moon Healing Collective, a community-centered space offering psychotherapy, somatic healing, and restorative practices for BIPOC, queer, and marginalized communities. She is also a group facilitator at Los Angeles Outpatient Center (LAOP), working with individuals navigating complex trauma, mental health challenges, and recovery.
Luna is the co-founder of The Collective Healing Circle, a sacred container co-created with Maya Semans, born from their shared commitment to building spaces of radical care, collective rest, and embodied liberation. Together, they offer workshops, trainings, and retreats that nurture healing through connection, community, and ancestral remembering.
Guided by a deep trust in the body's wisdom, the ancient teachings of yoga, and a vision of collective healing, Luna holds spaces where people can root into themselves, reclaim their stories, and remember that healing is both personal and profoundly collective.

What we do
Yoga Therapy & Somatics
Through breath, movement, mindfulness, and compassionate self-inquiry, we guide individuals to reconnect with their bodies as sources of wisdom and resilience.
These practices gently regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and cultivate a deep sense of emotional balance and embodied safety — supporting long-term healing from stress and trauma.
Workshops & Trainings
We bridge the worlds of psychotherapy and body-based healing.
Our workshops provide evidence-informed tools from breathwork to nervous system regulation — empowering participants to support their clients (and themselves) in building emotional resilience, processing stress, and fostering self-regulation.
Immersive Retreats
Our retreats offer therapists, caregivers, and changemakers an essential pause: a sacred space to rest, restore, and reconnect.
Through community, yoga therapy, time in nature, nourishing meals, and intentional reflection, participants replenish their energy and return to their work renewed, resilient, and rooted in their deepest purpose.
